Today, 10/4/19, Keeneland will feature the first live races of the meet, on Fall Stars Weekend. The full day boast 10 races with first post at 1:05 PM ET daily. Check out these fine stakes races by Grade/Name/Purse/Distance/Surface/Age/Gender/Breeders’ Cup berth/Race #/Post-Time:

  • G1/First Lady/$400,000/1 Mile/Turf/3 YO and up/Fillies and Mares/Maker’s Mark BC Filly and Mare Turf/Race 8/5:39 PM ET
  • G1/Claiborne Breeders’ Futurity/$500,000/1 and 1/16th Miles/Dirt/2 YO/all genders/TVG BC Juvenile/Race 9/5:39 PM ET

Finally, Sunday concludes Fall Stars Weekend while Keeneland has several more weeks of stakes and fine racing to go. On a card of 10, the Sunday stakes are:

There is so much to look forward to at Keeneland’s Fall Meet! 17 days of live racing will feature 18 stakes races for a meet purse of $5.675 million dollars featuring 10 “Win and You’re In” races. Gates open daily at 11 AM ET. There are no races on Mondays or Tuesdays. NBCSN will televise the races on Saturday from 5:30 PM to 6:30 PM ET. On Sunday, NBC will cover the races from 4:30 PM to 6 PM ET.
