Saturday, May 18, 2024 is the 149th Preakness Stakes! This Grade I, stakes race for 3 year-old thoroughbreds carries a purse of $2 million dollars. The Preakness is held at Pimlico Race Course in Baltimore, MD. This race, also known as The Run For The Black-Eyed Susans, is 1 and 3/16 miles. NBC will televise the Preakness, posting at 6:50 PM ET.
