Who’s going to win it at Tampa Bay and be on the way to the 150th Kentucky Derby? I would be pleased to see the winner make an appearance in the Blue Grass Stakes at my hometrack, Keeneland, next. Last year, Tapit Trice won both the Tampa Bay Derby and the Blue Grass Stakes on The Road To the Kentucky Derby. Tapit Trice has been actively training in FL and it would be great to see him make a triumphant return to racing this year following all of his achievements in 2023. Meanwhile, it is fun to speculate on whom may follow in his hoovesteps.
